Situated on a hilltop, this villa for rent seaviews, Estepona is located at 3 km from the town of Estepona and 4 km from the beach, and offers stunning sea views all along the coast from Gibraltar to Marbella. As soon as you enter the property through the automated doors, you are greeted by a beautiful fountain. There is ample parking in the driveway and you have 2 garage spaces too.

As you enter the property, you will be impressed by the views of the sea and the pool and you will be automatically drawn to the covered terrace to enjoy these incredible views.

The large pool (15mx6m) has a built-in seating area with 3 jacuzzi jets to enjoy sipping a glass of champagne while cooling off. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa while swimming.

There is a barbecue area covered by a large pergola which provides shade on hot summer days. The dining table is located above the semi-shaded area so that you can enjoy outdoor dining.

Next to the barbecue area is your private bar which is fully equipped with a Phillips beer tap and ice machine (no drinks included – order your keg of beer in advance) so you can make your own cocktails and play pool. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a small corner shower. You can have Alexa play relaxing music and enjoy the sun loungers by the pool while you drink your cocktail.

In the same exterior building there is a sauna which opens onto a covered terrace with a hammock and additional seating.

On one side of the house you will find several fruit trees (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, fig, pomegranate and olive trees). From here, steps lead to the 9-hole putting green, where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to the golf course is a private paddle court with stunning views of La Concha mountain and the sea. We provide the equipment needed to play – just bring your own balls.

The main house has a large and stylish kitchen with a 6 ring gas hob, a cooker, 2 electric ovens and all the appliances you could need. The coffee machine is a Jura, but you also have a Sense coffee machine. From the kitchen you have access to a storage room and a utility room which overlooks the side garden.

If you are organising a wedding, it is very convenient for your caterer to access the kitchen directly from the aisle.

Next to the kitchen is a room equipped with a treadmill, elliptical, some weights and yoga mats. This room can also be used to put an extra 1.60m double bed by removing the elliptical and putting it on the covered terrace. There is a toilet at the end of the hallway in the living room which guests can use.

On the top floor of the villa you have the large bridal suite or wedding suite with a vanity area (make up while looking at the sea in the mirror) and a large bathroom with a double jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Have a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening and watch the distant lights from Gibraltar to Marbella and the ships on the horizon and wake up in the morning to miles of glistening sea.

The west wing of the villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and there is seating for 2 in front of each terrace door for privacy.
